Privacy Policy

You can browse this site without telling us who you are. We don't use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

When you send the project form, we collect:

• What you enter: your name and email address, where you're starting (for example, an idea or an existing product), your message, and, if you give them, your company or website, a budget range, and whether you'd like an NDA.
• Technical details: your IP address and the country it indicates, the page and web address you sent the form from, the page that referred you to the site, and your time zone.

Inquiries sent before this version of the policy may also include details we no longer collect: the state or region, city, and map coordinates suggested by your IP address; your language and screen size; and details of your browser, operating system, and device, such as their names, versions, and brand, and the full browser identification your device sent (its user agent).

• To reply to you and discuss your project.
• To confirm by email that we received your details.
• To understand where inquiries come from, so we can improve our website and services.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse, for example by limiting how many requests can be sent from one IP address or email address.

We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to make automated decisions about you.

We process your information because we have a legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, running our business, and keeping the site secure, and because it's needed for steps you've asked us to take before entering into a contract.

We use a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site and tells us which country your IP address is in.
• Neon hosts the database where project inquiries are stored.
• Resend sends our notification and confirmation emails.
• Our email provider receives the notification about your inquiry.

These providers may process your information in the United States or other countries outside your own. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We delete the IP address from each inquiry after 30 days. Until then, we use it only to protect the form from spam and abuse. We keep the rest of each inquiry until we no longer need it to respond to you or to manage a business relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email contact@doraventi.com. If you're in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Information you send through this site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
